Scheduling a check up with your doctor is very simple with Coomera Town Medical Centre. There is the option to book online and the option to book over the phone.
How to book online:
To book online use the “book online” button at the top of the page or at the bottom of the page on mobile. To book an appointment with your Coomera doctor over the phone please call (07) 5630 3786.
If you cannot make it to an appointment with your Coomera doctor, please call us at least an hour in advance to cancel and rebook another appointment if need be. This will allow us to rebook another patient in to see that Coomera doctor.
There are no penalty fees for missing an appointment with medical practitioners and not applicable for allied health appointment. If you repeatedly fail to attend an appointment with a Coomera doctor without calling us, our staff will call to advise you it is possible that your telephone booking privileges may be revoked.
Coomera Town Medical Centre offer telephone consultations. However, your Coomera doctor will recommend you have a face to face consultation. We value our patients concerns, so please leave a clear message with the reception staff and the Coomera doctor will return your call between patients when possible.
Home visit is possible for patients who are unable to attend the Medical Centre depending on your Coomera doctor’s availability. Patients are better assessed in a fully equipped surgery and we encourage all patients to make every effort to attend the surgery if possible. Please call to learn more.
